3. When studying for long hours, how often do you check your phone or get distracted?

Every 5-10 minutes; I struggle to maintain deep focus. Every 30 minutes or whenever I get a notification. Only during scheduled breaks, though I sometimes slip up. Rarely; I can go hours in "deep work" mode without distraction.

4. If you get a low score on a practice test, what do you do the next day?

I feel depressed and avoid studying that subject for a few days. I study harder but without a specific plan, mostly just re-reading notes. I look at the mistakes briefly and try to solve similar problems. I analyze exactly why I got them wrong (concept vs. silly mistake) and fix the gap immediately.
